Welcome to Little Shepherd Cuisine, where you'll find authentic, traditional European handmade pastries, tarts and galettes, including our signature Gingerbread & Cookie Creations. Just click on the Specialty Pastries and Contact Us links above. We enjoy the opportunity to talk with you personally and customize your order to meet your individual needs and preferences. This site also offers recommendations in pairing our pastries with Great Wines, as traditionally done in Europe.

However you enjoy our specialty pastries, it is our intent to create for you a European culinary experience both delicious and beautiful. Judy started
Little Shepherd Cuisine with the firm belief that Great Food should bring people places; whether it is back in time, an outdoor French café, your grandmother's kitchen, a state of mind, or a cozy German kaffeehaus surrounded by friends and the sounds of laughter and clinking wine glasses. When our baking takes someone 'there' – where their heart is, where their memories lie, that is when we get that feeling that we have succeeded as Pastry Artists.

Please also visit Judy's blog and sign up for her newsletter,
Culinary Traditions. We sincerely hope you share with us your own food stories. This site is not just a means to order and enjoy Authentic European Baked Goods but to celebrate how "memorable" food nourishes much more than our physical bodies but our emotional lives and memories as well. We look forward to hearing from you!

Little Shepherd Cuisine uses only fresh, all natural ingredients, and will never compromise quality or hand craftsmanship for cheap mass production.

Tradition means giving votes to the most obscure of all classes, our ancestors. It is the democracy of the dead. Tradition refuses to submit to that arrogant oligarchy who merely happen to be walking around.

Thank you to everyone whose patience has withstood the long renovation of our upstairs barn for European wedding receptions and events. Progress is being made, and I am getting excited.
